Return & Exchange Eligibility

Items Eligible for Return/Exchange:

  • Artificial Christmas Trees (all sizes from 1-2 1/2′ to 9-9 1/2′)
  • Artificial Christmas Wreaths
  • Figurines (Assorted, Angel, Animal patterns and prints)
  • Battery-operated decorations
  • Berry decorations and accessories
  • All items in original, unopened packaging

Non-Returnable Items:

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened battery-operated items where batteries have been used
  • Personalized or custom-made decorations
  • Items that show signs of use or installation
  • Final sale items clearly marked as such

Wait for Authorization

We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.

Package Your Items

Place items in original packaging with all accessories. Include the Return Authorization Number inside the package.

Ship Your Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Processing

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Refund Timeline:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after we process your return
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process your return

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process:

If you’re exchanging an item, we’ll ship the replacement once we receive your return. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs, and we’ll cover the shipping for your new item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
